What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, age where you provide it, and anything you write in the message — which may include health information.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is shared with the practice you contacted, so they can reply. The health details you write are visible to that practice only. NextMed Mart staff see your contact details in masked form, and any unmasking is recorded in an audit log.

Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

• Access and export the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Withdraw consent and have your data erased
• Complain to the Grievance Officer, and then to the Data Protection Board

How long we keep it

Enquiries that did not lead to an appointment are deleted automatically after 24 months.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not share health information with advertisers.
